By agreeing to purchase from Willow and Brooks, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Purchase: Orders and reservations can be made via the website, email or over the phone.
Payments: Payments can be completed through the website, using Shopify Checkout. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cash on delivery/collection. The ownership of any items purchased shall not pass to the buyer - until full payment has been made.
UK Delivery: Items that can be posted, will be dispatched via UK parcel couriers. All posted items are carefully packaged & fully insured. Online tracking details will be supplied after dispatch. Collection in person is also welcome. Larger items will be sent via a furniture courier, who has the required insurance to transport. Please contact us for a quote. If you wish to use your own courier service - responsibility on delivery and insurance is between you and the courier.
International Delivery: This can be arranged, please email for a quote - providing your location and item of interest. Buyers will need to check with their local authorities to see if any customs and import taxes are applicable. Any additional customs and tax payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
Condition: Products listed on the website are vintage or antique, as such they will show wear consistent with age. A fair assessment of the condition is provided in the written description. Any significant damage or marks will be listed in the description and displayed photographs. Items are described as accurately as possible, further images and detailed condition reports are always available.
Lighting: Unless stated, lights available for sale - are in working order for UK use, they have not been PAT tested. Upon delivery, the buyer assumes all responsibility for safe working and use of lights. Compliance with your countries electrical code, is the buyers liability.
Returns: Please make contact promptly via email: info@willowandbrooks.com. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. To note: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to open a return case. All buyers should fully satisfy themselves prior to purchase, asking relevant questions. Unless the item has been mis-described, the buyer will be responsible for initial & return postage/delivery costs. A refund will be issued once the item has been safely returned. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring the safe return of goods. Sending returned goods via a tracked & signed for service is advised. Please note: Any repairs or alterations by the buyer - will see the return and refund rejected.

Storage: Storage can be provided, but this must be agreed prior to purchase. Items purchased and not collected without prior permission agreed for storage, will be re-sold after 3 months to cover storage costs. To note: the buyer will forfeit their entitlement to a refund, if the item remains uncollected 3 months from the date of purchase - unless a prior agreement has been made.
Pictures & Descriptions: Every effort has been made to portray items accurately. All measurements stated are approximate, the colours displayed in pictures are as accurate as photographically possible. Items are described to the best of our knowledge. The buyer must satisfy themselves to the accuracy of the listing description before purchase.
Notice to change: Willow and Brooks reserves the right to change these 'Terms and Conditions' at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
Online Marketplace: These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from websites - Willow and Brooks trades on.
Selling Refunds: On the rare occasion an item sells on another selling platform, before Willow and Brooks has the opportunity to update the website. The buyer will be refunded in full asap.
